We designed Reppantry to help you understand your habits, not to turn your health into an advertising profile. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
We collect account details such as name and email; profile details you choose to provide; activity such as meals, workouts, steps, sleep, hydration and goals; images submitted for food scanning; and basic device, diagnostic and security information.
2. How we use information
We use it to provide your plan and progress views, operate food scanning, secure and troubleshoot the service, respond to support, communicate essential updates, and improve features. Where required, we rely on consent; otherwise we process data to provide the service or for legitimate operational interests.
3. Health and wellness data
Health-related data is used to deliver features you request. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Food images may be processed by specialist AI providers to return nutrition estimates. We limit the information sent and contractually require providers to protect it.
5. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may access, correct, export, delete, restrict or object to use of your information, and withdraw consent. You can update much of your data in the app. Email privacy@reppantry.co.uk for other requests.
6. Retention and security
We retain account data while your account is active and only as long as needed afterward for legal, security and operational purposes. We use access controls, encryption in transit, and monitoring, but no online service can promise absolute security.
