These Terms govern your use of Reppantry’s mobile applications, website, and related services. By creating an account or using Reppantry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
Reppantry provides tools for tracking workouts, meals, hydration, sleep, steps, and related wellness habits. Features may change as we improve the service. You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum digital-consent age where you live.
3. Health disclaimer
Content, estimates, food scans, and recommendations are for general wellness and informational purposes only. They are not diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Stop exercising and seek appropriate medical help if you experience pain, dizziness, or unusual symptoms. Consult a professional before changing diet or activity, especially if pregnant, managing a condition, or taking medication.
4. Your account
Keep your login details secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, scrape it, or use it unlawfully.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of information and images you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service. Our app, branding, design, and original content remain owned by Reppantry and its licensors.
6. Ending use and liability
You may stop using Reppantry and delete your account at any time. We may restrict accounts that materially breach these Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reppantry is provided “as is”; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
